Returns Policy
Guarantee.

You have the right to return the product without any reason and request the payment of the price you paid within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product and after sending it at your own expense to the Company’s physical store at 40 Sarandaporou 40 Peristeri T. K 12134 while completing the attached “Withdrawal Form”, which you must send us either with the product to return or electronically within the above deadline at vakoty@otenet.gr . In this case, the Company is obliged to refund the money you paid as the price for the purchase of the product, but not the shipping costs or cash on delivery that you may have paid for the execution of the order and which are your sole responsibility, and the refund will be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date we receive the product to be returned, in the manner indicated by you and completed in the attached “Withdrawal Form” within the above deadline. It is clarified at this point that any costs of returning your money shall be borne solely by you. You may also return the product you purchased to the above address and request its replacement with another product of equal value to the price you have already paid or with an additional price if you wish, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the product.

In both of the above cases, in order for a refund to be possible, you must:

1. the product to be returned must be in the condition in which it was received, i.e. complete, undamaged , the packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product including all labels, necessary accompanying documents, etc. the product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, bill of lading, etc.). If the aforementioned conditions are not met, the product will be returned at your expense.

On the contrary, if the return/replacement is due to a proven defect of the product, the costs of sending the new product or refunding your money shall be borne by the Company.

The provisions of the Civil Code apply to the treatment of defects or lack of agreed properties in the sold items. In order for a property to be considered as agreed upon, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.

Any damage to the product upon its return to us shall be borne solely by you. Finally, for your convenience in the event of a return of an ordered product, we recommend that you contact the Company in advance by phone at 210-5756986 or by mail at vakoty@otenet.gr . This Agreement does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.

Force Majeure. Company shall not be liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond its control or due to force majeure and shall be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Illustrative examples may include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction.

It is clarified that this Agreement is governed by Community and Greek legislation, in particular the legislation regulating issues relating to electronic commerce, distance selling and consumer protection. The Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute between the parties which may arise from the application of this contract.
